The support provided to voestalpine as part of a comprehensive transformation program included the creation of a detailed roadmap as well as the execution of a series of successful implementations, leveraging extensive industry expertise and deep solution knowledge. The mechanisms for the technical elaboration of orders with integration into planning were designed. A trim cockpit with a simple coil optimization was conceived and implemented. To support interactive planning decisions, an order cockpit was implemented.

The technical order was modeled and integrated through the systems in planning and MES. End-to-end processes and detailed To-Be Processes were modeled.

A concept for defining standards and customer needs was also developed. Considering the To-Be Processes and the existing system landscape, the roadmap was then elaborated.
